I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder and any tabs in your inbox. Try also adding shop@mubieditions.com to your email contact list. If you are still having issues, contact us at shop@mubieditions.com and we’d be happy to help.

What is the status of my order?
You will be notified via email about all order status updates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have an immediate question about your order, please email us at shop@mubieditions.com. We’d be happy to help.

What are pre-orders? 
Items available for pre-order can be purchased in advance of its official release date. This guarantees that you’ll receive a copy as soon as it's available.

Do I have to pay for my pre-order now? 
Yes, payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Where can you ship?
Shipping is currently available in the UK, US, Canada, EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), and Switzerland.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 days of receipt and shipped via a 2–7 day service. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be determined at checkout.

Will I have to pay import duty, customs fees, or other tax?
We ship our books from warehouses based in the UK, US and the Netherlands. Due to the customs policy of different countries, unfortunately we cannot determine with absolute certainty whether you will be charged an import tax. Please note that any potential customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. These vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what you might be charged. You may wish to contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email us as soon as possible at shop@mubieditions.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address. 

Will I receive tracking for my shipment?
Yes, tracking information will be available upon shipping.

Can I return my order?
Returns are possible within 14 working days of delivery. Please email us at shop@mubieditions.com to process the return. You will need to pay for and arrange return shipping. The item must be kept in new, unopened/shrink-wrapped condition to qualify for a refund; if there are any signs of use, we will not be able to process a refund.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Please email us as soon as possible at shop@mubieditions.com. Please note that pre-order cancellations are only allowed up until the earlier of 90 days of purchase or 21 days of your receipt of the order.

Return policy
If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the shipping date, please contact shop@mubieditions.com

You have 14 working days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and in its original shrink-wrapping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mubieditions.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to pay for and arrange return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photos of any damaged item/s and the packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible; however, to ensure you get what you want please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
