PRE-ORDERS
The pre-order of Read Frame Type Film allows you to purchase the book in advance of its official release date. This guarantees that you’ll receive a copy as soon as it's available.
Is there a special bonus for pre-ordering? / What is included with my pre-order?
Pre-orders include a special, limited edition collectible box containing your copy of the book, while supplies last. Shipping is included in the pre-order price as part of this offer. This exclusive box won’t be available after the pre-order period.
Do I have to pay for my pre-order now?
Yes, payment is processed at the time of purchase.
Can I order the book after the release date?
Orders placed after the release date will be processed and shipped as regular purchases, but the limited edition box will no longer be available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit cards are accepted. A full list of accepted payment methods is available at checkout.
I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

What do I do if the pre-order is sold out?
The limited edition box unfortunately will not be available again once sold out. The book itself will be available via mubieditions.com and select worldwide retailers from April 2025.
What is the status of my order?
You will be notified via email about all order status updates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have an immediate question about your order, please email us at shop@mubieditions.com. We’d be happy to help.

Where can you ship?
Shipping is currently available in the UK, US, Canada, EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), Switzerland and Turkey. We are planning to launch in more countries over the course of 2025.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Read Frame Type Film will be available from April 2025. We will notify you a few weeks in advance of the shipping date.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the pre-order price as part of an exclusive offer. For regular purchases after the release date, shipping costs will be determined at checkout.
Will I have to pay import duty, customs fees, or other tax?
We ship our books from warehouses based in the UK, US and the Netherlands. Due to the customs policy of different countries, unfortunately we cannot determine with absolute certainty whether you will be charged an import tax. Please note that any potential customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. These vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what you might be charged. You may wish to contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email us as soon as possible at shop@mubieditions.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address.
Will I receive tracking for my shipment?
Yes, tracking information will be available upon shipping.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Please email us as soon as possible at shop@mubieditions.com. Please note that pre-order cancellations are only allowed up until the earlier of 90 days of purchase or 21 days of your receipt of the order.
We will send a notification email a few weeks prior to shipping to remind you about your order.
Can I return my order?
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at shop@mubieditions.com to process the return. You will need to pay for and arrange for return shipping and the book and box must be kept in new, unopened condition to qualify for a refund. If there are any signs of use, we will not be able to process the refund.
Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mubieditions.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to pay for and arrange return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible; however, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
